What Rings AI Is
Prepare better meetings, unblock your team, and record your impact with an AI assistant your organization can adopt safely.
Leaders moving work forward, whether they lead a team or a project. Rings AI helps them deliver, support others, and show their contribution. Anyone can use it for their own work.
Work Rings AI Can Help With
Prepare meetings, follow up on commitments, and surface blockers using shared work context and evidence employees choose to share.
Yes. It can check meeting inputs and remind the people involved, within your instructions, connected account permissions, and configured approval requirements.
Your Contribution and Sharing
Rings AI links completed work, milestones, and feedback to a weekly impact summary. Results appear where the evidence supports them, alongside proposed goals for next week.
You choose what to share with your manager. Your impact summary is for you; access to operational audit logs follows separate organizational permissions.
Review your achievements with supporting evidence and choose what to share with your manager. Operational audit logs follow separate organizational permissions. They do not automatically share your impact summary or rate your performance.
Rings AI Super Intelligence
Research, prepare deliverables, and follow up across apps, with context that carries between conversations and evidence of what you accomplished.
Built to Remember
Your assistant carries decisions, people, and preferences across conversations. Chat history and summaries keep earlier context available for the next task.
Smart Router
Let Auto choose a model for quick updates or complex research, or select one yourself within your plan’s access.
Browser Use
Your assistant researches markets, compares options, and brings back a decision brief with sources from its own browser.
Open Items
Open tasks keep their next action and missing inputs in view. Your assistant brings back decisions that need you, even after the conversation moves on.
Built-in Triggers
Configured app triggers can start meeting prep or follow-ups when an email, calendar event, or project update arrives.
Routines and Automations
Schedule meeting briefs, follow-ups, and updates. Get an evidence-backed impact summary at week’s end and proposed goals for the next week.
Dedicated File Storage
Use your assistant’s workspace to read documents, analyze spreadsheets, and prepare deliverables from the files you share.
Self-Improvement
Nightly reflection organizes conversations, decisions, and feedback into useful context for future work.
Works in the Background
For a launch, delegate market research and document checks to background agents while your assistant prepares the team brief. Results return to your conversation for review.
Long-Term Goals
Set an outcome, break it into milestones, and connect completed work to evidence of your contribution.
Your Voice
Share examples and feedback so Slack replies, emails, and other drafts sound like you.
Rules & Preferences
Set how you want updates, which tools to use, and when your assistant should ask first.
Apps and Connections
Use supported channels such as Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram. The same assistant uses your work context and connected account permissions.
Use provider authorization or the platform’s credential controls instead of pasting passwords and API keys into messages. Managed connections and custom credential slots use scoped access; how a credential is consumed depends on the integration.
AI Models
Stay current with leading frontier models from top AI labs. Explore Rings AI’s model lineup, compare published evaluations, and choose the intelligence for your agents.
Rings AI works with leading frontier models and routes every task to the best one for it: a fast model to read team updates, a strong reasoner to think through a decision, a capable writer to draft your next report. You never have to pick.
Teams and Enterprise
Help leaders and their teams shine, with capable personal assistants in a secure environment your organization controls.
Yes. Create an agent and start with a task. Organizations can also provide Rings AI to employees; book a demo to discuss a rollout.
Security and Data Handling
Connect the accounts your assistant needs. Provider scopes and account permissions define its access; connecting an app does not authorize every account or action.
Configure which actions need your approval. When approval is required, the agent pauses for your decision. Not every action asks first by default: your approval policy and connected account permissions matter.
Rings AI uses Microsoft Azure as its cloud foundation and NVIDIA OpenShell for the hosted runtime boundary. Your selected model and connected services also take part in the work. Ask us about data-handling requirements for your specific setup before sharing sensitive material.
For questions about retention, deletion, model-provider data use, or an organization’s requirements, contact the team. We’ll help clarify the applicable setup and terms. This page does not promise a universal retention period or model-training policy.
Planned Capabilities and Assurance
SOC 2 and ISO 27001 work is in progress and marked Coming Soon. Rings AI does not yet claim completed certification or an issued SOC 2 report. Enterprise identity, data residency, retention and deletion controls, model-training commitments, and service levels are planned; confirm availability and terms with us before rollout. Runtime controls do not make an agent immune to every security risk.
Dedicated email addresses and phone numbers for assistants are coming soon.
